Nothing on the Site is a binding quote. Pricing depends on an on-site evaluation of your equipment, home or building, and scope of work. Same-day and emergency availability depend on scheduling, weather, parts, and technician capacity. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment; an appointment exists only once we confirm it with you directly.

Service agreements control

If you sign a proposal, work order, maintenance agreement, or other written contract with us, that document governs the work, the price, and any warranty. These Terms of Use apply to the Site only and do not modify, replace, or limit a signed agreement. Manufacturer equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer on their own terms.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, layout, photography, logos, and marks — including the Reliance name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, republish, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.
