We do the design thinking with you, then the electrical work underneath it: new switch legs, three-way circuits, dimmer matching, and attic wiring done to code rather than draped over the insulation.

Recessed LED conversions are the biggest bang for the buck in most Coast homes — slim fixtures, warm-to-cool color options, and dimming that works. Kitchens get task lighting where shadows used to be; bathrooms get fixtures rated for the humidity they live in; and ceiling fans — a Gulf Coast essential — go up on fan-rated boxes with balanced blades and remotes wired properly, not spliced hopefully.

Outdoor lighting here earns its keep three ways: security, safety on steps and paths, and evenings on the porch that our climate hands you most of the year. We install coastal-rated coach lights, floods with motion and photocell control, and low-voltage landscape systems — all on GFCI-protected circuits with connections sealed against the humidity that kills the do-it-yourself versions by the second summer.
