On a framed house, plumbing and electrical spend three weeks negotiating the same stud bays, joists and chases. When two subcontractors do that negotiation by voicemail, the schedule pays for it. When one company runs both trades, the water heater's circuit lands where the water heater actually goes, the panel isn't fighting the drain stack for wall space, and rough-in finishes in one coordinated pass.

The Gulf Coast is building again — Gulfport's north side, Ocean Springs' east edge, infill lots in Long Beach and Pass Christian. Builders working that growth need subs who show up when framing's ready, not two weeks after. That reliability is the product; the pipe and wire are how we deliver it.

• Under-slab plumbing: bedding, sleeving and pressure testing documented before the pour
• Water, drain-waste-vent and gas rough-in to plan, with clean penetrations flashed for coastal rain
• Electrical rough-in: home runs, boxes, service mast and panel set, low-voltage pathways
• Rough inspections scheduled and met — both trades in the same window
• Trim-out: fixtures, faucets, water heaters, devices, lighting, appliance hookups
• Finals passed and a labeled panel plus fixture documentation handed to the builder

Coastal construction has its own rules of thumb and we design for them: slab foundations on soils that move, wind-zone service mast requirements, corrosion-aware material choices for anything touching exterior air, and elevated construction in flood-zone lots where plumbing runs and panel placement both need thought before the first board goes up. Plans drawn inland don't always account for that; our bids and our field crews do.
