Google reCAPTCHA: tells real visitors apart from bots when you submit a form.

Sign-in session (staff only): used on our internal admin pages.

Analytics — off until you allow it

Google Analytics: which pages are visited, how people arrive, and which content helps.
GoHighLevel (our CRM, provided through MS to Go): page-visit tracking that links a website visit to a service request so we know which marketing works.

Advertising — off until you allow it

Google Ads: measuring clicks and leads from our ads, including click identifiers such as gclid.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measuring leads from our social advertising when we run it, including the fbclid identifier.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before any Google tag loads, ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage are set to “denied”; they are only updated to “granted” for the categories you allow.

Marketing links from ads and emails

When you arrive from an ad, email, or campaign link, the address may contain campaign parameters (such as utm_source or a click identifier). We store these with your enquiry so we can credit the right marketing channel. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

We do not sell personal information for money, but analytics and advertising technologies can share online identifiers and internet activity with those platforms, and some state privacy laws may treat that as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
