Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026

Reliance Mechanical (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides plumbing and electrical services on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This policy explains what information we collect through relyonreliance.com, our web forms, and our phone lines; why we collect it; who processes it on our behalf; and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, service address or city, the service you need, preferred appointment time, photos you attach to a service request, and anything you write in a message. Job applicants also provide the position applied for and a description of their experience.
  • Review feedback: your star rating and comments, plus your name and contact details if you choose to give them.
  • Call information: when you call the numbers on this site, our call-tracking and CRM system logs the calling number, date, time, duration, and the marketing source that produced the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law.
  • AI assistant conversations: messages and, if you speak to it, audio processed by our voice/chat provider to answer questions and route requests.
  • Marketing attribution: campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, msclkid), the referring website, and the first and current page you visited. We store these with your enquiry so we can credit the right channel.
  • Site and device data: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and similar analytics data.
  • Anti-abuse signals: Google reCAPTCHA collects device and browser signals, and we record a coarse rate-limit record tied to your network address, to keep bots out of our forms.

We collect only what we need. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or health information through this website, and job applicants should not send that information at the application stage.

How we use it

  • Respond to service requests, schedule and perform work, and provide estimates.
  • Send transactional messages about your request or appointment, by email, phone, or text.
  • Review job applications and communicate with applicants.
  • Handle review feedback and improve service quality.
  • Measure which marketing channels work, and — where you have consented — run and measure advertising.
  • Protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse, and keep records required for our business.
  • Send marketing messages only where you have opted in or where permitted by law; you can opt out at any time.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use analytics and advertising technologies that can receive online identifiers, device information, and internet activity about your visit. Some state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough that these disclosures may be treated as a sale or as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. If you do not want those disclosures to happen, use Cookie settings to turn off analytics and advertising categories, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser — we treat both as your opt-out.

The categories of recipients are:

  • Lovable — website hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase (through Lovable Cloud) — the database that stores form submissions and our internal records.
  • GoHighLevel, provided through MS to Go — our CRM, call tracking, website visit tracking, and follow-up messaging. Form submissions and call records are stored there.
  • Google — Analytics (site measurement), reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Ads measurement where you have consented, and Google Business Profile for calls placed from our listing.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measurement of leads from social advertising when we run it, and our social pages.
  • ElevenLabs — the on-site AI chat assistant.
  • Our email delivery provider — sends notification and transactional email from our notification email domain.
  • Gulf Pride Companies — our affiliated organization, for internal administration.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Cookies, tracking, and your choices

Analytics and advertising technologies are off until you allow them, and we apply Google Consent Mode v2 defaults before any Google tag loads. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. Details are in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your categories at any time:

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form or call us, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Marketing messages are separate and optional: you are never required to accept them to request service or apply for a job. Where you opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, and consent to automated messages is not a condition of any purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Service and customer records are kept while we are serving you and for as long as we need them for follow-up, disputes, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to our business, then deleted or archived. Job applications are kept while we review them and, unless you ask us to delete them, while we consider you for future openings. Analytics and advertising data is kept for as long as the platform we use retains it. You can ask us to delete information sooner and we will do so unless we still need it for one of these purposes.

Security

We use access controls on our database, row-level security on customer records, transport encryption (HTTPS), server-side validation and rate limiting on our forms, and keep provider credentials server-side only. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging home or commercial services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and how to make a request

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will honor these requests from any U.S. resident who asks, whether or not the law where you live requires it. For advertising and analytics specifically, the fastest opt-out is Cookie settings or a Global Privacy Control signal.

To make a request, email info@relyonreliance.com, call (228) 819-7473, or write to us at the address below. Tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity by confirming details we already hold, such as the phone number or email you used with us, and we will respond within the time your state’s law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission. If we decline, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Please review it periodically.
