The Coast's mid-century housing stock carries all the era's greatest hits: aluminum branch circuits from the copper-shortage years, cloth-insulated wiring gone brittle in unvented attics that hit 140 degrees every summer, and grounds that exist on the outlet face but nowhere behind it.

Not every old house needs everything replaced, and we won't pretend otherwise. Aluminum terminations can often be corrected in place with approved connectors at a fraction of rewire cost. Isolated problem circuits can be rerun individually. But wiring that's brittle, undersized, or failing across the house gets an honest verdict too: a whole-home rewire, quoted fixed, mapped with you room by room.
