Plumbing on the Gulf Coast is its own trade

Most homes from Bay St. Louis to Pascagoula sit on slab foundations over soft, shifting coastal soil. Supply lines run under the concrete, drain lines run through it, and when the ground moves — from a wet spring, a dry August, or a tropical system parking over the Coast — pipes move with it. Add hard use, salt air that eats exposed copper and valve stems, and the mix of older galvanized pipe in Gulfport and Biloxi's mid-century neighborhoods, and you get plumbing problems that look different from anywhere else.

That's the plumbing we work on every day. We know which neighborhoods still have galvanized supply lines, why recurring backups usually mean roots or a bellied sewer line rather than "too much paper," and how to find a slab leak without tearing up half a floor to do it.

How we work

Every visit starts with a diagnosis you can understand and a price you approve before work begins. We protect floors, wear shoe covers, and leave the work area cleaner than we found it. When there's a choice between a repair and a replacement, we lay out both honestly — including the option of doing nothing yet — and let you decide.

For emergencies, the line is answered around the clock. For everything else, most jobs are scheduled within a day or two, and photo quotes often skip the diagnostic visit entirely.

🔧 Riley says

If your water bill jumps and nothing's changed at home, don't shrug it off. On slab foundations, the first visible sign of a leak is usually the bill — not the water.
